Who is responsible
This site is run by Manolo González, a freelance developer. To ask anything about your data, use the contact form and mention "privacy".
What the contact forms collect
When you send a quote or call request, I receive the details you type in (name, email, message, and for calls your availability, time zone and phone number if you give one). I use them only to reply to you and I do not sell or share them.
Forms are delivered through Formspree. Spam protection uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 and a hidden honeypot field. reCAPTCHA sends technical data such as your IP address and browser signals to Google, and is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential: the site stores your cookie choice in your browser (local storage, key "consent"). reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies to detect abuse. These are needed for the site and forms to work safely.
Analytics: if you accept, Google Analytics runs through Google Tag Manager and sets cookies to count visits and understand which pages are used.
Marketing: if you accept, advertising and remarketing tags may be enabled. None are active today.
Until you choose, analytics and marketing storage stay denied (Google Consent Mode).
Your choices
You can change or withdraw consent at any time with the cookie settings button at the bottom of the page. Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact me through the form and I will respond.
Hosting and third parties
The site is hosted on Netlify. Third parties that may process data are Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Formspree (form delivery) and Netlify (hosting).
